In 1995 Stewart Title of Austin started an Elite 25 group which represents Austin real estate agents who are in the top 1% of their industry. The The Elite 25 provides a networking arena for top producing realtors, as well as a national referral network for Realtors in the high end market.The Elite 25 exposes Austin's most prestigious home listings to top agents, and gives these agents the opportunity to share successful sales tools among proven real estate professionals.

How does the Elite 25 benefit the Realtor?

The The Elite 25 provides an informal means for the top realtors to meet regularly. Stewart Title, service mark owner and creator, host monthly catered luncheons featuring monthly speakers that aid in informing the Elite 25 members of marketing trends, legislation, current issues, and pertinent educational issues affecting the market. These luncheons are held at a listing of an Elite 25 member. The Elite 25 is a great marketing tool for its members. Not only can members of the Elite 25 use the Elite logo on all of their individual advertising, Stewart Title coordinates advertising for the Elite 25 as a group, which enhances the exposure of its members. The Elite 25 group will advertise in publications ranging from the Pinnacle Magazine, Performing Arts Guide, A Christmas Affair, Brilliant Magazine, Texas Athletic Programs, Texas Monthly Magazine and other industry publications as desired.
