Kathryn Scarborough Bechtol is a fifth generation Austinite and a graduate from St. Edwards University with a BA in Corporate Communications and Marketing, and a Minor in Psychology. After returning to school for her MBA and a spin in the Technology world, in 2000 she decided to join her mother, Michele Turnquist of Turnquist Partners Realtors, Inc. for an exciting new career in Real Estate. Kathryn knows Austin and she knows the market. With integrity and honesty at the top of her list, as well as building long lasting relationships, she will help you with all of your Real Estate needs!

Kathryn is one of Austin’s top Luxury Agents and has achieved a reputation in Austin for providing quality Real Estate service based on integrity, knowledge and professionalism. With only seven years in the industry as a Realtor, Kathryn has exceeded her own expectations with over 130 million in sales. As well as, Turnquist’s Westlake Top Producer 2004-2006 and company wide Top Producer in 2006 with over 32 million in sales. Kathryn is recognized as being in the Top 1% of Austin Area Agents.
