Liza Richardson

Liza is a native Austinite growing up in Tarrytown and attending Austin High.  She received her BS in Economics from Davidson College and her Masters from Trinity University.  She spent 15 years serving as an administrator at St. David's Hospital and with the St. David's Health Care Partnership.  In 2005 Liza left her career to focus on raising her son Jackson Savage (21 attending Rice), daughter Isabella (22 attending UVA), step daughter Emma Richardson and step daughter Jillian Richardson.  During that time she was involved with numerous community committees including serving as president of the Westlake High School PTO, president of Forest Trail PTO, EEF campaign, and president of the Board of Governors of Barton Creek Country Club.  Liza, having loved real estate for years, was thrilled to join the Kathryn Scarborough group in 2018.  She and Kathryn had been friends for 20+ years and her family had used Kathryn for several real estate transactions.  In her free time you can find Liza playing tennis at Barton Creek or walking Lady Bird Lake with her husband Dan.

 

Liza's job as client liaison is to help make Kathryn's client's real estate experience as smooth as possible.
